Yes, the user needs to create a new team for every match on Superking.
Q5. What if one of my chosen players does not play in the round?
In an event wherein one of your selected players is included in the match but does not play, then your team will not be awarded any points.
Q6. How many players are needed to create a team?
In order to create a team, the user requires 11 players in cricket wherein there can be 1-4 wicketkeeper, 2-6 batsmen, 1-6 all-rounder and 2-6 bowlers, 11 players in football where there should be at least 3 defenders, 3 mid-fielders, 1 striker & 1 goal-keeper, 7 in kabaddi with at least 2 defenders, 1 all-rounder & 1 raider, 6 in volleyball with at least 1 Libero, 1 setter 1 blocker, 1 attacker & 1 universal, and 8 in basketball with at least 1 point-guard, 1 shooting-guard, 1 small-forward, 1 power-forward & 1 center. However, the remaining three players can belong to any category except goal-keeper, and Libero.
Q7. Can I choose players from one side only?
No, the users cannot choose players from one team only. They are allowed to choose a maximum of 7 players only from a single team in cricket & football, a maximum of 4 players in kabaddi & volleyball, and a maximum of 5 players in Basketball. The remaining players should be selected from the other side
Q8. I’ve spent my entire budget before selecting all the players of my fantasy team. How do I complete my team?
Superking allows the users to create their team within a virtual budget of 100 credit points only. Thus, the user must use the provided credits efficiently for selecting all the players of the team within the given budget of 100 credit points only
Q9. What is the use of a Captain and Vice-captain in a team?
The Captain of a team can help the user in earning extra points. The player chosen as the Captain of the user’s team is awarded 2 times the original points whereas the Vice-captain of the team is awarded 1.5 times the original points according to their on-field performance
Q10. When I make changes to my team, how long does it take for the changes to reflect?
The users are allowed to make multiple changes in their team but prior the deadline of the match. In addition, the changes made by the users are modified and reflected instantly
Q11. Can I edit my team during the round?
The users are not permitted to create or edit their teams during the round. The users are only allowed to make all the changes prior to the deadline, which is usually 1-hour before the start time of the match for cricket, volleyball & kabaddi, 1:30-hours for football in Regular Play and right before the beginning of the real match in Safe Play

Superking does not allow the users to change their team names once it has been registered with us

The users can create multiple teams only after creating their first team. The users can create another team by clicking on “Create New Team” option. The user can additionally create a new team by cloning his/her previous team via the “Clone” option available on the ‘My Teams’ page

In a multiple team contest, a user can create upto 10 teams and use 6 out of those 10 to join leagues with less than 100 members. And, in a multiple team contest with 100 or more members, a user is allowed to create and join with upto 10 teams

In an event wherein the contest displays “Multiple Entry,” a user can create upto 10 teams and use 6 out of those 10 to join leagues with less than 100 members. And, in a multiple team contest with 100 or more members, a user is allowed to create and join with upto 10 teams otherwise the user is allowed to join one contest with one team only. The user can identify a “Multiple Entry” contest through an “M” sign embarked on the contest
Q16. Can I choose which of my teams will compete in a contest (Team 1 or Team 2) after joining?
The users are allowed to choose their team in a contest (Choose Team 1 or Team 2 to compete) from the ‘Joined contests’ tab until the deadline

The users are awarded scores on the basis of the on-field performance of their selected players in the live match. Check out our ‘Fantasy Points System’ to know more about the points.
Q2. When do the scores get updated?
The points usually get updated in every few minutes; however, the final points, teams’ total and your rank are calculated and updated after the completion of the match. The declaration of winners and distribution of winnings is accomplished only after the point verification on the part of Superking.
Q3. I have created my team before the deadline, so why hasn’t my team received any points yet?
The points are awarded to the users on the basis of on-field performance of their selected players. Thus, the points are awarded only after the beginning of the live match.
Q4. Which website do you refer to update the points?
The scores are calculated on the basis of information received from third-party sources. The third-party sources associated with Superking are completely reliable such as governing bodies, to correct and verify the score feed & ensure accurate tabulation of points. In addition, the scores are calculated on the basis of the live feed of the matches

There are no points awarded for Man of the Match
Q6. What happens when there is a tie between users? How will you distribute the winnings?

Q9. If a player is sent off by the umpires for misconduct in a match, will he still score points on Superking once he’s back on the field?
In an event wherein any player is sent off the field in a match by the umpire, the player will still score and retain points on Superking according to the standard point system of Superking for his performance and contribution on the field. Further, if the umpires allow the player to get back on the field in the same match, the player will once again be eligible to score points for the duration of his stay on the field
Q10. Do I get points for a substitute player if replaces any player on-field?
No, your team is not awarded any points for a substitute player in case he replaces any player on-field as the substitute is not considered as a part of playing XI in cricket & football. However, in kabaddi, 2 points are awarded to the substitute player. In case of volleyball, substitutes are given 1 point for playing VI & rest points on the basis of their performance
Q11. How are the points of my captain and vice-captain deducted on Superking?
The captain and vice-captain you choose to lead your team are awarded 2x and 1.5x points of the original total they score. However, in case of the deductions, the points of your captain are deducted as normally only, i.e., as 2x only. The same is applicable in case of vice-captain

The users using the services and Fun Features provided by Superking can join various types of contests organized by Superking.com such as 2-member, 3-member, 5-member and 10-member contests (depending on the number of competitors in a contest). Further, the users can join cash contest(s) to earn winnings or they can join the practice contests for free to enhance their playing skills.

The number of winners in the contest(s) organized by Superking varies from one contest to the other. The number of winners to be declared in a contest will be disclosed to the users as soon as the contest is made available to join
Q8. How are the winnings distributed in case of multiple winners?
The users can check the distribution of winnings in case of “Multiple Winners” by clicking on the pre-defined number of winners below each of the contests. In an event, the winning amount is more than ₹10,000, there will be tax deductions according to the government taxation policies. The tax deduction in case of winnings worth more than ₹10,000 is done in case of single winning of the user with a single team. In case the user wins more than ₹10,000 with multiple teams, then no deductions will be made
Q9. What happens when a match is completed as per the D/L or VJD method?
In an event any match is completed through D/L or VJD method, the match is considered as completed on Superking and the points are awarded accordingly. In such cases, the ranks and points are awarded on the basis of live scores and no refund is made in such cases.
However, if a match is being completed through the D/L method and a team plays for 50 overs in the first innings, it is mandatory for the other team to play at least 20 overs in ODIs and 5 Overs in T20s for the second innings.
Q10. What happens if an ODI/T20 match is abandoned?
In an event wherein an ODI/T20 is called-off, the online fantasy cricket gaming contest(s) organized on Superking associated with the real match will be cancelled and the contest entry amount will be refunded to the users. This comprises of both the circumstances wherein the real match is abandoned either without a single ball being bowled, or the match is abandoned after it has begun

In an event wherein the real test match is announced as drawn with neither of the teams completing a single inning, the fantasy match will be cancelled and the contest entry amount will be refunded to the users.
Further, in an event wherein the real match is declared as drawn with either of the teams completing an inning, the fantasy match will be considered to have completed and the content entry amount will not be refunded

In case a contest doesn’t fill up with the required number of participants and the league is not a Confirmed league, then, the contest shall be abandoned with the entry fee amount being refunded. However, in case the league is a Confirmed league then, the contest shall be played with the specific number of participants that have joined

Yes, the users can join a contest in the middle of a series in an event that the series is not yet closed i.e. it has not reached its deadline which is usually 1-hour prior to the beginning of the real match for cricket, volleyball & kabaddi, and 1:30 hours prior for football in case of Regular Play and right before the beginning of the real match in Safe Play. Also, the users joining a contest in the middle of the series have an equal opportunity of winning as everyone else

The winner in a contest is decided on the basis of the aggregate a team scores. The user whose team scores the highest aggregate of scores on the basis of the on-field performance of their chosen players is announced as the winner of a contest.

SuperKing updates the final ranks and points immediately at the end of every match. In an event a user wins a cash prize post participating in a contest(s), the winnings amount will be credited automatically to the SuperKing account wallet of the user.

SuperKing usually completes the process of winner declaration and distribution of winnings amount among the winners within few hours after the end of the match. SuperKing team checks and verifies the scorecard of the live match with the scorecard at SuperKing in order to ensure that correct points have been rewarded to the users on the basis of on-field performance of their chosen players

In order to join contests on Superking, the users are required to verify at least their email address and mobile number. However, the user will not be eligible for the cash bonus offered by Superking to its new users. The users are allowed to withdraw winnings from “My Winnings” section of their SuperKing User Account, only after they successfully complete the verification process. The users can withdraw a minimum of ₹200 and a maximum of ₹1, 00,000 in a day wherein the user can make a request of ₹50,000 at a time. Further, the withdrawal amount will be deposited to your bank accounts within a time period of 2 to 3 days.

The cash bonus is an amount provided to you by SuperKing under various schemes, additionally, it comes with an expiry date. Thus, you cannot withdraw the cash bonus amount available in your SuperKing User Account but you can use the bonus, provided as a part of offers or promotional schemes, to pay 5% of the contest entry amount to join contests such as Hot contests, Contests for Champions & Head-To-Head (leagues up to 99 members) and 25% of the contest entry amount for joining Mega contests with 100 or more members. However, the bonus provided as a part of Refer & Earn program can be used as:
In the first game, the user plays after registering at SuperKing; the user can pay 100% of the contest entry amount for a league having 100 or more members, using the sign-up bonus credited in its SuperKing User Account at the time of registration.
In the second game the user plays, after registering with SuperKing, the user can use up to ₹25 Signup bonus to pay the contest entry amount of a league with 100 or more members & bearing contest entry amount ₹25 or more. The same applies to the refer bonus earned by the user under the “Refer and Earn” program of SuperKing.
The policy is a one-match policy, i.e., no user can avail ₹25 cash bonus to pay the contest entry amount of two leagues in a single match. The cash bonus can be used to pay the contest entry amount of only one league per match. The league should have more than 100 members & contest entry amount more than ₹25.
The sign-up bonus cannot be used with any other sort of cash bonus earned by the user under any “Promotional Schemes” or “Offers” from SuperKing.

There will be a total of 10 questions in each of the quiz contest that will be organized on the SuperKing platform. For each correct answer, the user will be awarded 10 points. For instance, if a user answers 8 questions correct, his/her final score will be 80 points. However, his/her final rank will be decided based on how much time he/she took to answer all questions.
Q3. How can I register for the Quiz Contest?
In order to register for the quiz contest, it is mandatory that you are an Indian citizen with at least 18-years of age, having a SuperKing account.
In case you don’t have a SuperKing account, you can download the app, and sign-up with the platform by filling out a short form.
Q4. What type of questions will be asked in the quiz?
There will be different types of question asked during the quiz contest, and they shall differ for each round. However, the questions will be based on the sports industry and a bit of fantasy sports.
Q5. How do I play the Quiz on SuperKing?
To play the quiz contest offered by SuperKing on its platform, you need to follow the below steps:
Download the SuperKing application and register with the platform.
Log-in to your SuperKing account and select the quiz league you would like to join. You can choose from different types of contests based on entry fee amount, winning amount, number of participants etc.
After choosing your contest, pay the pre-defined entry fee amount and start playing the quiz by answering the question shown on your mobile screen.
Q6. What will happen if I lose my Internet Connectivity mid-way?
In an event, you lose your internet connectivity mid-way or get a call on your mobile device, the game will neither pause, nor you will be eliminated from the game. However, the timer for answering each question of the quiz shall continue to run, and you will lose the time and will not be allowed to participate in quiz further.
Q7. What will happen if I quit the app?
In any such case, SuperKing shall not be responsible. Further, if a user for some known/ unknown reason decides to quit the application in-between or gets disconnected due to internet connectivity, and then user will not be allowed to join back the ongoing contest. Their rank will be calculated based on total attempted questions up to that given point of time.
Q8. What if I exit the app during a quiz round?
In case you exit or close the app intentionally of by mistake during a quiz round, then, you shall be eliminated from the contest, and no entry fee refunds shall be made.
In any such case, SuperKing shall not be responsible.
Q9. What will happen if I accidentally lock my phone screen during a quiz round?
If you accidentally lock your phone while participating in a quiz contest but stay on the application, then, the game shall resume from the exact points. However, the timer shall continue to run.

Q10. What will I win if I play SuperKing quiz?
The quiz contests on SuperKing are offered on a play-to-play basis wherein the participants are required to pay a pre-defined amount as entry fee for joining a contest round. Any user winning the game shall win a pre-defined amount on the basis of its rank as a part of winnings.
Q11. How are the contest winners chosen?
The winners of a contest are chosen on the basis of the number of right answers given and the time taken. Any individual with the highest number of right answers in the minimum time duration shall be announced as the winner for the contest round.
For Instance: If a contest is carrying 10 questions and 2 users end up answering all 10 questions correctly, and then it will come down to who took less seconds.
Say, User 1 took 100 seconds to answer all 10 questions and User 2 took 110 seconds to answer all 10 questions correctly then User 1 will be ranked higher than User 2.
Similarly, if a user (User 3) answers 9 questions correctly, then time accumulated in answering those questions will be taken into account and will accordingly be given rank on leader board.
In this case, User 1 will rank 1 for answering all 10 questions correctly in least time, User 2 will rank 2 for answering all questions correctly, and User 3 will rank 3, and so on so forth.

Q12. How do I know if a contest has a single winner or more than one winner?
Each contest round has a pre-defined number of winners. You can know if a contest has a single winner or more than one winner by selecting the contest and clicking on the Winners option on the contest selection screen along with the winnings for each rank.
Q13. What is there is a tie between two users?
In case there’s a tie between two users for a rank in terms of right questions answered and the time taken, then the prize money for the particular rank & the immediate next rank shall be added & divided equally between the tied users.
For instance, theirs is a tie between two players for Rank 2, and then the prize money for Rank 2 & Rank 3 shall be added, and divided equally between them. Meanwhile, the next winner shall get prize money for Rank 4.
