• The Offers provided on the Super King platform can only be got by the registered users of Super King. a person is not allowed to take benefit of the Offers provided on Super King if he is not a registered user of Super King.

• Super King provided the offers on its platform are only open for the people of India as of now. The people residing out of India are not eligible for the Offers provided on Super King platform.

• The users should bound by the fair Play Terms of Super King while getting benefits by the Offers provided on Super King that is the users should not use any fake ID and accounts in order to get the benefits of the Offers.

• The Offers provided on Super King are all one-time offers and can only beneficial for a single user.

• In case there are multiple Offers in a single offer, then a single user can avail all of the multiple offers provided in a single offer for once.

• For example, in a single bonus offer, there are multiple bonuses on adding different amounts, and then the user is authorized to add all of the defined amounts and avail respective bonuses for once.

• The Offers provided on Super King come with a limited period which can only be decided by Super King at its own authority.

• The Offer should only be availed within the defined period in order to get the benefits. In case a user, by mistake or due to personal carelessness tries to gain the offer after it has expired then the user will not get to any Offer benefits.

• The users on the instance of receiving any bonus amount as a part of Offer benefit can use the bonus amount for joining various cash contests organized on the Super King platform. However, the users cannot use the bonus amount for withdrawals, and for transferring to any other Super King account held by the user.

• The users can use the bonus amount provided as a part of Offer benefits only to pay 5% of the contest entry amount for contests such as, Hot contests, Contests for Champions & Head-To-Head (leagues up to 99 members) and 25% of the contest entry amount for Mega contests with 100 or more members.

• The bonus offered under Offers of Super King is different from refer & signup bonus provided under the “Refer & Earn” scheme of Super King.

• The validity of bonus received under any offer shall be usable for 14 days including the day of receipt.

• During any on-going offer period, Instant Withdrawal services shall be put on hold due to overloading of withdrawal requests.

Super King shall only be responsible for offers made available on Super King and shall not be held liable for any offers made available by any third-party sources which may or may not be associated with Super King.
